OverviewHybrid (4 days/week in office)What You’ll DoLead & Oversee Platform Operations– Ensure Oracle AML batches run smoothly, SLAs are met, and issues are quickly resolved.Optimize & Automate– Drive automation of manual tasks, improve processes, and re-engineer Oracle batches in partnership with engineering teams.Incident Management– Manage bridges during system incidents, coordinate responses, and ensure effective resolutions.Documentation & Testing– Keep DR documentation current, plan and execute disaster recovery tests, and maintain runbooks.Strategic Delivery– Plan and oversee infrastructure patches, environment changes, and production improvements.Collaboration & Mentorship– Act as the EST point of contact for global vendor teams, mentor support staff, and promote best practices.Performance Tracking– Report weekly KPIs, status updates, and manage backlogs for ongoing improvements.Culture Building– Foster innovation, accountability,



and process excellence across distributed teams.What You BringWe’re looking for a senior professional who thrives at the intersection oftechnology leadership and financial systems expertise.
