You’ll partner closely with Marketing on brand campaigns, and work across departments to ensure everything we create feels cohesive, inspiring, and true to who we are.Key responsibilitiesAudit and improve customer touchpoints (emails, landing pages, support docs,



etc.)Develop seasonal program branding for Ramadan and Dhul HijjahCreate and maintain visual identity systems and brand guidelinesPartner with Marketing to design and execute brand campaignsProduce templates and toolkits for company-wide useDesign presentation decks and storytelling materialsSupport internal brand applications, including employee swagWhat we’re looking forMust be based in North America (preferably Toronto or ET timezone)3–5 years of brand/visual design experience, with a robust portfolio of identity and campaign workBachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or related fieldProficiency in FigmaStrong copywriting skills for brand and marketing communicationsSharp attention to detail with a high bar for consistency and polishStrong ability in typography, color, layout, and identity systemsStrategic thinker who balances creativity with and brand objectivesExcellent collaborator, able to work across teams in a remote environmentAdaptable, comfortable switching between big-picture identity work and fast-turnaround assetsPassion for LaunchGood’s mission and values#J-18808-Ljbffr
