This role acts as a leader among back of house team members, providing hands‑on guidance and coordinating food preparation during high-volume service. The Back of House Lead helps ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Sodexo Live! food quality and safety standards while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the back of house team during service and act as a go‑to support for kitchen staffCoordinate kitchen workflow to ensure food is prepared efficiently, consistently, and on time during high‑volume serviceMonitor food quality, portioning, and temperature to meet established Sodexo Live! standardsEnsure food safety, sanitation, and Occupational Health and Safety standards are followed and modeled by the teamMaintain a clean, organized,
