You will be responsible for accurately preparing estimates using advanced tools like MeasureSquare, alongside interpreting blueprints. This is a permanent, full time opportunity within a vibrant team focused on success. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate measure and take-offs of floor plans
Collaborate with Builders for information and schedule updates




Utilize MeasureSquare to input detailed estimation data
Maintain the estimating database with relevant updates
Provide mentorship to junior estimators in the team Requirements:
Proficient in estimating systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
Post-secondary education in related fields preferred
Experience in construction estimation is a plus
