This Marina

Attendant position is centered on delivering outstanding customer service and upholding the ‘Yes I Can’ Core Values of OBMG. You will support guests with moorage and retail needs and maintain the marina’s facilities and grounds. Ideal candidates should exhibit passion for outdoor tourism and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service and support to guests
Facilitate effective communication with customers and staff
Conduct safety and maintenance checks within the marina
Assist with vessel parking and service fee transactions
Perform cleanliness and sanitation tasks daily Requirements:
Relevant customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of boating or marine operations is an asset
Organizational skills in a high-volume setting
CPR Level 1 and First Aid training preferred
