Lead fleet turnaround strategies aligned with business goals
Support Asset teams in project scope and execution strategies
Ensure seamless execution of capital and maintenance projects
Establish performance metrics for turnaround operations
Maintain contractor relationships for effective service delivery

Requirements:
Preferred: B.Sc. Engineering or management/business degree
10+ years Project Management experience; 5+ in Turnaround
5+ years in maintenance at Power Generating Plants
Experience with budget approvals and contractor management
Legally eligible to work in the USA
