This role focuses on planning, permitting, and environmental monitoring for energy infrastructure projects. As an Intermediate Environmental Advisor, you'll support the Manager of Post-Construction Monitoring.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify risks and enhance environmental compliance across diverse projects. You will utilize your expertise in environmental planning and monitoring to ensure projects align with regulations and corporate commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate environmental planning, permitting, and compliance activities
Provide technical advice on risk identification and mitigation
Oversee consultants and field personnel during project phases
Review and interpret environmental assessments for decision-making
Document and report incidents, issues, and risks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
Minimum 4 years in environmental planning and compliance
Knowledge of Canadian environmental laws and regulations
Solid communication and organizational skills
