Job Summary

We are seeking highly professional Elite Suited Security Guards to join our team, specializing in luxury retail environments. This role requires a polished presence, solid communication skills, and the ability to maintain discretion while delivering premium security services.

Responsibilities
Provide a visible yet discreet security presence in high-end luxury boutiques.
Monitor store activity to prevent theft, fraud, and safety incidents.
Greet and assist clientele while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Respond to emergencies and incidents with confidence and calm authority.
Liaise with store management and security team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a suited security guard in luxury boutique, hotel, or high-end retail environments.
Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.




Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution abilities.
Skilled appearance, demeanor, and reliability are essential.
Physical fitness to perform duties that may involve standing for long periods or responding quickly in emergencies.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $20.25-$22.75 per hour

Toronto, ON M6A 3A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
Loss prevention: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Security Guard Licence (required)
