About the Job

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and outgoing Event Staff to join our team for the Orillia Nashville Takeover!

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping with registration, wristbands, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a fun, busy event environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming guests with a friendly and positive attitude
Assisting with guest registration and check-in
Checking and distributing wristbands
Checking wristbands at event entrances
Answering basic guest questions and directing people to the right location
Helping keep registration and entrance areas organized
Communicating with the event team when questions or issues come up
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the event

What We’re Looking For
Friendly and approachable




Reliable and punctual
Comfortable speaking with guests
Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Previous event or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Hours and shifts will vary depending on the event schedule. Availability across the event dates is an asset.
