As an Engineering Assistant, you will support the Process Engineers when launching new automated equipment, support operations through simple CI initiatives, and help document and train for new & improved processes.

Day Shift (8:00am– 4:30pm) Mon – Fri
40 hours per week
$25.00/hour starting wage

Collaborate with top industry professionals Duties:
Work with Process Engineers on the shop floor to collect and analyze data for process improvement
Assist Process Engineers with Project implementation and Continuous Improvement Initiatives




Assist Process Engineers to accelerate or mitigate any challenges that arise in operations
Developvarious technical documents such as Work Instructions and Procedures in conjunction with the Process Engineers and our Technical Writing team
Provide hands-on support in a production environment to non-technical employees.

Requirements
Completion of Mechanical or Engineering Technologist or Bachelors program
Own transportation and driver’s license (preferred)
Practical attitude and ability to learn recent tasks
Excellent PC skills
Basic understanding of automated manufacturing principles and techniques
Solid awareness of safety
Excellent communication skills.
Able to clear criminal records check
