We're looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Law Clerk to join our motivated legal team and contribute to corporate transactions and compliance across a diverse client portfolio. Ideal candidates will bring exceptional organization and communication skills to this vital role. In this role, you must possess at least five years of relevant corporate law experience, enabling you to prepare and file significant corporate documentation, manage minute books, and draft various resolutions.

The position requires a detail-focused individual with the ability to navigate complex legal requirements and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
Summarize and recommend actions on corporate records
Prepare documents for all corporate filings and transactions




File extra-provincial documents in Canada as needed
Prepare documentation for business asset and share transactions
Research legal statutes and procedures applicable to corporate law Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in corporate law fields
Completion of a recognized Law Clerks program
Robust skills in Microsoft Office 365 and other software
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Robust organizational skills in managing multiple priorities Utilize your corporate clerking expertise in a supportive, fast-paced legal workplace.
