And finally, you have a heart for impact, a passion for international development, and you’re deeply supportive of FH Canada’s core values.WHAT YOU’LL DOExecute integrated digital campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid channels, ensuring alignment with brand and fundraising goalsWrite, build, and deploy compelling, donor‑centric content across email, blogs, social media, and webManage and grow FH Canada’s social media presence, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and trend monitoringTrack and analyze performance across channels, using insights from analytics tools to optimize engagement and resultsCoordinate campaigns and content workflows with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standardMaintain organized systems, documentation, and adherence to brand guidelines and ethical storytelling practicesWHAT YOU’LL BRINGPersonal and skilled dedication to FH Canada’s core values and comfortable working in a Christian environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital communications, UX design, or a related fieldAdditional training or certification in email marketing, social media management, Google Ads, or analytics tools is an assetMinimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing,
communications, or web content managementHands‑on experience building and managing email campaigns and digital contentExperience with CMS platforms, social media tools, and analytics platformsAbility to interpret data from Google Analytics, social insights, and ad platforms to inform decisionsFamiliarity with paid digital advertising and performance trackingProven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlinesStrong copywriting and storytelling skills, with excellent editing and attention to detailSolid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, UX, and audience engagementProficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarHighly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal communication skillsSecure home workspace with reliable sustained internet connection requiredTHE DETAILSThis is a full‑time (37.5 hours per week), fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Canada.
