The role leads the introduction and development of an established product within a recent market, shaping its growth and market presence.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Surety operations in Canada.Establish the Canadian Surety office, including operational setup and market entry activities.Drive acquisition of new customers directly and through broker relationships.Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, customers, and key stakeholders.Achieve and exceed annual performance targets while managing within established budgets.Recruit and develop team members as the business grows.Draft and implement procedures and operational frameworks.Deliver key milestones within short timeframes to support successful market entry and sustainable growth.QualificationsSurety Canada underwriting experience and/or equivalent surety related business experience (e.G., commercial/investment banking, private equity).Experience leading major financial services/insurance business lines or business units at a senior level; solid credit analysis experience.Strong numeracy,
