Conduct thorough, client-centred assessments

Assess home safety and fall risks for clients

Support accessibility to disability perks for clients Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Solid skills in clinical documentation and care planning
