Key Information:
It is a contractual part time position from last week of August 2026 until June 2027.
Mandatory to work Friday evenings. Occasional Sundays evenings and Tuesday evenings besides all other extra events.

How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for effectively leading store associates in customer service, product knowledge and store operations. As a Gameday and Events Retail Supervisor, you will:
Assist the retail manager with all store duties including opening and closing the store
Ensuring that the store and company polices are upheld
Supervise the functioning of the hourly associates
Training new staff and managing the work schedules of the team
Operate a POS system and troubleshoot any issues
Effectively delegate duties to associates, and supervise productivity
Assist in merchandise cycle counts and store physical inventory
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled from warehouse
Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures
Responsible for maintaining and displaying and promoting merchandise to help generate sales
Create a professional, and engaging work workplace

About you:




A minimum of 2 years of sales or retail experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a face paced environment
Availability to work extended hours when needed
Able to sit, stand, reach, bend and move for job responsibilities
Open to potentially working in various weather elements, as needed
Robust verbal communication skills
Solution oriented
Ability to work events that may include days, nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays

The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
