This position offers the chance to work remotely three days per week while fostering collaboration in our downtown Toronto office two days per week.

Act as the key contact for client inquiries, resolving issues
Maintain high skilled standards in client interactions




Collaborate with various departments for productive service
Adapt to rotating work shifts, Monday to Friday
Keep abreast of AGF’s offerings and policies Requirements:
Post-secondary education completed; Securities Course preferred
Min. 3 years’ contact center experience in financial services
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Capable of multitasking across platforms
