As we grow, we are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager to lead group sales efforts at our three key properties: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaughan Southwest, Element by Marriott Vaughan Southwest, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Vaughan Toronto.

Ideal candidates should be residing locally in the Vaughan/GTA area with a valid driver's license. A robust background in hotel SMERF group sales is essential for this role, along with a tenacious approach to prospecting and closing. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct group sales initiatives across three hotels
Develop robust client relationships in the region
Prospect recent business opportunities effectively
Close deals to meet hotel revenue goals
Engage in community events to promote hotels Requirements:
Proven experience in SMERF market sales
Resident of Vaughan/GTA area preferred
Valid driver’s license is required
Strong sales hunting skills
