Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and continue to transform mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport the origination, planning, and execution of corporate finance engagements, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related strategic transactions.Conduct comprehensive industry, market, and company analysis to assess sector trends, competitive dynamics, macroeconomic factors, and key value drivers.Perform detailed financial and commercial analyses, including normalized earnings, sustainability of EBITDA, working capital dynamics, and risk assessment, supported by the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.Work closely with senior team members while progressively leading engagement workstreams, coordinating project plans and managing execution with clients and external stakeholders.Participate in the structuring and execution of private placements and the syndication of debt, junior capital, and equity financings.Prepare and deliver high-quality client materials, including engagement letters, investment memoranda, management presentations, reports,
