As an Equipment Quality Specialist, you will support Ryder’s operations by ensuring that all trucks are well-maintained and ready for delivery.

Knowledge of mechanical systems and a customer-oriented attitude are crucial. This role involves exercising equipment, performing light repairs, and managing yard organization to keep a qualified appearance. Key Responsibilities:
Assess trucks for operational readiness
Guarantee equipment is ready for delivery to customers
Keep the yard well organized and presentable
Conduct minor mechanical work, troubleshooting as needed
Report weekly equipment exercise results Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of mechanical and/or customer service experience
Expertise in truck and trailer mechanics
Must hold a valid Driver’s License
