Director, your responsibilities include managing the Centre’s daily functions, overseeing staff, finances, fundraising, and community development. You’ll ensure delivery of impactful wellness, cultural, and recreational programs for seniors, contributing to their active lifestyles and social connections. Your leadership will shape a supportive setting for over 900 members. Key Responsibilities:
Lead human resource management and performance evaluation
Ensure excellent standards in facility and administrative operations




Develop and oversee the Centre's budget and financial procedures
Drive fundraising strategies and manage governmental grants
Build essential community partnerships for program enhancement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or related qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience in program development and project management
Solid communication and leadership skills
