Transform facility management at Goodwill Industries of Alberta as the Director of Property Services, focusing on safety and operational excellence. This full time role will be primarily based in Edmonton with travel required. In this executive position, you will lead all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.

You will guide the Facilities Management team to ensure upkeep of all facilities and oversee vendor contracts to support seamless operations. Additionally, you will implement preventative measures to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the maintenance and safety operations across facilities
Lead the Facilities Management team and outsourced partners




Address and implement facility inspections and compliance programs
Manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and cleaning
Develop and monitor budgets related to facility services Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or Facility Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles
PMP Certification or Project Management accreditation is a plus
Solid knowledge of Alberta regulations and property management
