JLL is hiring a Maintenance Operator to join the Property Management team in Calgary. Once trained and ABSA certified, the Maintenance Operator will participate in the on-call rotation (once every 5 weeks). Monitor service request application and respond to service calls and complaints in a timely manner to maintain performance standards.

· Provide assistance as directed to other building operations staff in the areas of preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, etc.

· Provide maintenance services in the area of plumbing, i.e. fixtures, taps, washers, flush valves, etc.

· Provide handyman services in the area of general repairs such as flooring, touch-up painting, locks and hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.

· Perform routine inspection and maintain records on HVAC equipment.

· Perform water treatment testing and analysis, adjust and modify chemical feed to ensure proper levels are being maintained.

· Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in the mechanical/electrical areas

· Participate in on-call rotation and respond to unexpected emergency call-back if problems occur from time to time.





· Experience in building maintenance

· Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn state-of-the-art Building Automation Systems in order to be trained for the next level.

· Class 5 diver's license required and reliable vehicle

· Must be available to work evenings and weekend as needed and participate in on-call rotation
