As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a field-based sales position focused on meeting homeowners at pre-booked appointments, assessing their home comfort needs, and presenting tailored HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
- Conduct professional home comfort assessments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Present furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related home comfort products
- Explain available rebates, financing options, and promotional programs
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with homeowners
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and pipeline activity within the CRM




- Represent JP Home Comfort professionally at all times
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets

Required Qualifications Previous in-home sales experience OR HVAC sales experience is required.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience selling directly to homeowners, preferably in a consultative or commission-based environment.

Required:

- Minimum 1 year of in-home sales experience or HVAC sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required

Strongly Preferred:

- Residential HVAC sales experience
- Experience selling furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, or related home comfort products
- Experience working with financing and rebate programs
- Established track record in high-ticket sales

HVAC technical experience is not required; however, candidates must have prior in-home sales experience or direct HVAC sales experience.

Compensation





- Up to 12% commission per closed deal
- $80,000–$200,000+ typical annual earning potential
