In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of surfaces with precision and care. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and attention to detail will ensure high-quality results that enhance our projects.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, or brushes with accuracy and consistency
- Conduct inspections of finished surfaces for quality assurance, ensuring smooth, even coats without defects
- Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools,



disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols

Experience

- Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills for teamwork and safety compliance
