About ParcelBee

ParcelBee is a Canadian shipping and label-printing platform built for e-commerce businesses. Our platform helps businesses simplify their shipping operations, including shipping label creation, order processing, tracking, and returns.

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base across Canada, with a focus on the Greater Vancouver and Greater Toronto markets.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone, email, social media, networking, and other channels
- Build relationships with e-commerce sellers, retailers, warehouses, fulfillment companies, and other business customers
- Understand customers' shipping and logistics needs and introduce suitable ParcelBee solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into active customers
- Maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers
- Track sales activities and customer follow-ups
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the team

Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills




- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an asset
- Existing relationships with Canadian e-commerce sellers or businesses are a strong asset
- Experience or familiarity with shipping, fulfillment, Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is an asset
