Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems , and process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe workplace, assist in serving food when necessary, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes,



and glassware to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience working as a bartender is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting; proficiency in math is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage guests confidently.
- Must be at least 19 years old with proper certification (SIR)
