Key Responsibilities

- Course Delivery: Teach a total of 20 business courses for the Diploma in Business Management (DBM) program. Each course runs for 3 weeks (6 total instructional hours).

- Class Schedule: Manage multiple classes simultaneously. Each class meets once a week for 2 hours (online or in-person).

- Office Hours: Provide 4 hours of Office Hours per class weekly for academic support and student Q&A.;

- Curriculum & Materials: Independently develop course syllabi, slide decks (PPTs), and learning materials.

- Academic Assessment:



Grade assignments, provide feedback, and submit final grades.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years of full time, college-level business teaching experience.

- Language Proficiency:

- English: High fluency required for classroom instruction.

- Mandarin: Preferred for effective post-class communication with students.

- Core Skills: Ability to independently create professional-quality presentation decks and instructional designs.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
