- Manage inventory levels using advanced order management systems and ERP platforms, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. Strong organizational skills are a must.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors through negotiation and sourcing strategies to procure high-quality parts at competitive prices.
- Oversee shipping & receiving processes, including shipping schedules, freight logistics, and warehouse organization, utilizing equipment such for efficient handling.
- Maintain accurate data entry and inventory control records.




- Support automotive service operations by providing mechanical knowledge for parts identification, automotive diagnostics, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
- Assist with demand planning, pricing adjustments, and procurement management to meet the needs of manufacturing or dealership operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly, resolving issues related to parts availability or order discrepancies, and supporting dealership or auto body repair teams.

- Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain management within automotive repair or manufacturing environments.
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of automotive service procedures and parts specifications.
- Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
