As a hybrid employment/litigation role, Senior Counsel supports the legal and compliance requirements of the business by providing expert employment and litigation (primarily tort) advice, managing complex matters and developing best practices within the Legal team. This role may also involve leading cross-functional initiatives and educating internal stakeholders on legal matters.
