Applying strong business acumen, this role ensures all departments operate efficiently and cohesively to achieve organizational goals, maximize profitability, and ensure Element continues to deliver the highest quality products and services. The GM serves as a key decision-maker and leader for daily operations, growth, resources and company culture in alignment with the Executive’s strategic direction.Key ResponsibilitiesHave end-to-end business oversight to ensure continued success of the companyProvide servant leadership guidance and mentorship across the organizationIdentify, develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectivesIdentify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risksSet and maintain performance programs and monitor progress across departmentsIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation strategiesCompany wide oversight including Operations, Technical,
