End-User Device Data Engineer - ITAM/Endpoint Asset Data Governance (Intune/ServiceNow)

Location: Remote (occasional travel to N/E Toronto office may be required)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (strong chance of extension)

Main Deliverables

- Establish trusted endpoint inventory data across Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB, and enterprise security platforms.
- Improve device inventory accuracy, asset lifecycle automation, and compliance reporting.
- Build and maintain integrations, reporting, and reconciliation processes between endpoint data sources.
- Support governance and inventory management of endpoints, virtual devices, and emerging AI assets.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Asset Management,



CMDB Administration, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Systems Integration.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- ServiceNow ITAM
- ServiceNow CMDB
- Endpoint inventory and asset lifecycle management
- Azure Data Services and integrations
- APIs, automation, and data pipelines
- Data governance and data quality frameworks
- Advanced SQL and reporting
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments preferred.
- ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB and Microsoft Endpoint Management certifications are strong assets.

Responsibilities

- Own endpoint inventory integration across Intune, ServiceNow, security, and telemetry platforms.
- Design and support APIs, automations, data pipelines, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure endpoint and asset data accuracy, quality, governance, and compliance.
- Automate device lifecycle processes including onboarding, refresh, retirement, and decommissioning.
- Support inventory management across physical devices, AVD, Windows 365, VDI, and other virtual environments.
- Partner with ITAM, ServiceNow, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Data Governance teams.
- Enable inventory, reporting, and governance capabilities for AI assets including Copilots, AI agents, LLMs, and AI-enabled solutions.
