Your role will encompass various safety responsibilities, including employee training, conducting audits, and developing site-specific safety plans. You will also engage in incident investigations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position is focused on enhancing workplace safety practices and supporting workers' compensation claims. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate safety training sessions for all staff
Perform regular safety inspections and audits
Create site-specific safety and emergency plans
Prepare for external safety audits
Analyze trends in EHS data for continuous improvement Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant safety experience
Valid National Construction Safety Officer certification
Solid organizational and communication abilities
Familiarity with automotive industry safety practices
