Take a leadership role as an EHS Manager at Aecon, focusing on safety and environmental integrity across our fabrication facilities in Ontario. Drive compliance and implement safety systems effectively. In this pivotal role, you will embed Aecon’s EHS Management System into all facets of operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of safety performance.

Collaborate closely with teams to manage risks and promote a culture of accountability and inclusion. Your expertise will guide our operational leaders in achieving EHS excellence and nuclear safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Drive EHS performance through visible leadership
Establish and manage site-specific EHS plans
Ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations




Coach EHS Advisors in their roles and responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders regarding EHS performance Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in EHS management
Background in nuclear or fabrication settings preferred
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Canadian Registered Safety Skilled credential required
Familiarity with EHS software and reporting tools Make a mark on public and nuclear safety standards at Aecon while leading a dedicated EHS team.
