Marketing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. Leverage your experience in pre-construction sales to engage with clients and provide top-notch service. You will be responsible for maintaining Realtor relationships, assisting visitors in the sales center, and managing essential sales documentation. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will drive success in this full time position. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day sales operations within the office
Build and nurture relationships with Realtors




Welcome visitors, assess needs, and guide them appropriately
Handle Agreements of Purchase and Sale documentation
Execute market trend analysis to support project launches Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google tools
