The roll of this position is to keep the kitchen of the restaurant running smoothly. Able to multi task- Always making sure the dishes are not piling up in the dishwasher area of the kitchen sinks. Wash and put away dishes. Polish cutlery and put away. Keep dish area clean, perform closing routines.
