Managing financials (scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets), assisting in revenue forecasting and reconciliations, developing chronologies, coordinating productions, and handling final distribution.ResponsibilitiesDrives the financial health of assigned brands.Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.Develops estimates and manages billing processes.Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.What You BringExpertise in financial management and vendor coordination.Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production.Ability to manage complex projects across multiple brands.Problem‑solving skills and explicit communication.Experience with Gantt charts and project timelines.Must be willing to work West Coast hours.Must have strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulations.5+ years’ experience in health, medical,

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
