Provide swimming instruction to various age groups
Oversee activities in the pool ensuring participant safety
Conduct safety briefings and enforce protocols
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
Maintain open communication with participants and families Requirements:
Current certifications in NLS, CPR, and First Aid
Swim Instructor certification essential
Experience working with the public, particularly with children
Excellent observational and communication skills
