Become an impactful Disability Support Worker with the Robin Hood Association in Sherwood Park.
Your mission is to aid individuals with disabilities in their journey towards personal growth and community participation every other Sunday. As a Disability Support Worker, you will carry out individualized support plans, facilitating the engagement of adults and children in meaningful activities. Maintaining RHA's high ethical standards, you will work collaboratively to foster secure settings while addressing any hazards.
Your vigilance and dedication will enhance the quality of service offered to individuals, promoting their independence within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with their personal care and daily activities
Implement tailored service plans to support individual aspirations
Monitor and report safety risks promptly
Facilitate access to community resources and activities
Maintain accurate documentation of individual care Requirements:
Preferred post-secondary education in related fields
Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Open to learning and adapting to new approaches
