The Executive
Director will navigate a key leadership transition at the Edmonton Seniors Coordinating Council. This role requires a seasoned leader with proven experience in strategic planning, organizational sustainability, and cooperative partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Board and directly manage a dedicated team while focusing on financial growth and impactful advocacy for seniors. Key Responsibilities:
Advance and operationalize the strategic plan for impact
Provide leadership during organizational transition and renewal
Drive financial sustainability with diversified funding strategies
Build trusted relationships within the seniors-serving sector
Champion advocacy efforts to support senior needs Requirements:
Executive leadership experience in mission-driven settings
Solid financial acumen with multi-million-dollar budget oversight
Proven experience in the seniors-serving sector or social services
Familiarity with governance and reporting to a Board
