DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Full time continuous employment

The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
High touch disinfecting
Dusting
Vacuuming
Mopping
Cleaning of washrooms
Maintain a qualified appearance at all times
Refilling Dispensers
Emptying Garbage and recycling
Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
Machine running and mntc.




Additional tasks as requested
Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policiesAdherence to all company workplace policies
Perform other duties as may be required
Guide staff and problem solve

QUALIFICATIONS
Communicate in English both written and verbally
Ability to engage in conversations with staff and supervisors
Robust attention to detail
Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
Works well independently and in a team environment
Be able to work with slight daily changes
A vehicle will be provided to commute to work locations
Have a clear criminal record check
Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
Be flexible with start and stop times
Must have leadership quality

WORKING CONDITIONS

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
