Lead impactful fundraising initiatives at the Jays Care Foundation as the Senior Manager of Donor & Government Relations. Drive donor engagement and enhance government partnerships. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the strategy for engaging government and foundation partners while reporting to the Director of Revenue, Lotteries & Marketing.

The role requires an experienced relationship-builder passionate about philanthropic storytelling and skilled in managing complex funding proposals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for donor engagement and retention
Guide the preparation of tailored stewardship materials
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on campaigns
Manage government funding relationships and reporting
Conduct prospect research for recent funding opportunities Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in fundraising or related fields
Demonstrated success in securing major gifts
