and resolve legal challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance Negotiate contracts, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clients Manage multiple clients and legal matters with varying priorities and deadlines Contribute to innovative approaches in legal delivery What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in employment, business law, corporate/commercial, or general counsel-type roles Proven strength in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements Ability to navigate client needs with business acumen and practical legal judgment Comfortable working in collaborative, tech-enabled environments Member in good standing with their provincial Law Society.
