The Referral Assessment Nurse communicates and collaborates with the Referral Office team, multidisciplinary team, referring community and patients to ensure patients referred to CancerCare Manitoba are seen in a timely manner by the appropriate Disease Site service provider, undergo appropriate diagnostic tests and have access to support as they enter CancerCare Manitoba.
