We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Talent Intern to support our growing team and help drive an organized, inclusive, and engaging work environment. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent operations, HR coordination, and team development within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with applicants
- Assist with onboarding new interns and team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
- Coordinate and support intern teams across projects, helping maintain clarity in roles, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and monitor performance, attendance, and engagement, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Facilitate internal communication by organizing meetings, sharing updates, and maintaining collaboration tools
- Help build and maintain structured workflows and documentation to support team efficiency
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance team culture, inclusion, and overall employee experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in HR, talent management, or people operations
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be based in or around Sudbury, Ontario
