With at least 10 years in the railway engineering industry, you’ll manage projects and lead a specialized team in delivering quality solutions to clients such as CP and EXO. This leadership role encompasses strategy development, team management, and promoting innovative engineering practices in a hybrid work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team performance in project execution
Collaborate on multidisciplinary engineering opportunities




Drive strategic initiatives for regional railway clients
Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team
Maintain project quality control and client satisfaction Requirements:
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
