Supervisor, you’ll manage meal services and guide team members to success. This supervisory role focuses on overseeing the dining room operations and ensuring exceptional service standards. Under the Dining Services Manager's guidance, you’ll lead staff training, oversee catering functions, and optimize meal service logistics. Your commitment will be essential in creating a comfortable dining atmosphere for residents. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise meal service and staff schedules
Facilitate the onboarding and training of current servers
Organize catering events and dining room logistics
Monitor cleanliness and safety compliance in dining areas
Engage with residents to enhance dining satisfaction Requirements:
Completion of secondary education with robust English abilities
Two years of relevant experience in hospitality services
Protected Food Handling and Alcohol Service certifications needed
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
