Our partner company seeks a Head of Operations to oversee critical infrastructure for their thriving direct-to-consumer business.

You will implement scalable systems, build SOPs, and recruit functional leaders to foster sustainable growth. The focus is on transitioning daily responsibilities to a capable team, enabling effective operational performance without reliance on the founder. Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end operational management for supply chain and fulfillment
Design scalable systems and explicit operational processes




Establish operational knowledge base and continuously improve workflows
Develop accurate inventory systems and visibility measures
Build reporting metrics for leadership decision-making Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in operations for eCommerce or DTC
Experience in high-growth brands generating $20M–$50M annually
Proficient in supply chain, 3PL, and customer support operations
Solid analytical skills and experience with Shopify and Notion
