Shape the future of infrastructure as Aecon’s EHS Director. Lead safety and environmental initiatives on complex transit projects and ensure compliance in a cooperative setting. We are seeking a skilled EHS Director to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental performance for significant infrastructure projects.

This role, reporting to the Project Director, entails embedding EHS principles throughout project planning and execution phases. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to foster a robust safety culture and achieve best-in-class outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead EHS initiatives for integrated project delivery models
Oversee compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Embed safety considerations in all project phases
Create and implement EHS management strategies
Guide and develop high-performing EHS teams Requirements:
15+ years of experience in EHS leadership
Demonstrated success in managing EHS in large projects
Solid understanding of applicable health and safety regulations
Experience with risk management programs
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Contribute to transformative projects while enhancing EHS compliance and awareness at Aecon.
