and display execution.Execute plan‑ograms and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers.Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.Who You Are:You have2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.You’re highly organized, detail‑oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top‑notch service.You’re tech‑comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Travel RequirementsYou’ll spend around85% of your time on the roadvisiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required).Physical Requirements:Able to lift up to20 lbsand stay active on your feet for upto5 hoursat a time.Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.Our Core Values:We live and work by our values.
