The team is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, keeping our supply chain running smoothly.Job OverviewThe primary deliverables of the position are:Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficientlyPacking and labeling products for shipmentCoordinating outbound shipments and staging orders for carriersMaintaining clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping areasAssisting with inventory handling, stock rotation,



and basic countsSupporting production and warehouse teams as neededDesired AssetsThe ideal candidate would have the following skills, abilities and experience:Valid Food Protected certificate (can be attained during employment)Basic computer skillsPhysically able to lift up to 40 lbDemonstrated enthusiasm, determination, and adaptabilityReliable team player who enjoys smiling, listening, and contributing to a positive work environmentGrowth and learning mindsetWe love coffee!
